  • Do you offer Gluten-Free/Vegan items?
    We offer a few 'gluten-friendly' items on our menu, however all of our foods are prepared in a common kitchen so we cannot guarantee that cross contact with other gluten-containing products will not occur. As a result, we do not recommend our 'gluten-friendly' items for persons with Celiac Disease. Our 'gluten-friendly' offerings are designed for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons. Our service staff are not trained on the intricacies of Celiac disease or gluten intolerance and cannot be expected to provide recommendations or other advice.
  • What do you use in your products?
    We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in our baked goods, including real butter, whole eggs, and fresh fruit and nuts. We don’t use preservatives in any of our products
  • Are your donuts Vegan? Gluten Free? What type of oil is used?
    Our donuts contain dairy, egg and gluten. We use Pure Vegetable Oil to fry the donuts.
  • Can you pre-order donuts ahead of time? If so, what is your policy? "
    Of course you can pre-order in advance! A preorder is submitted on our website using the contact tab. Orders are confirmed once a Freddy’s Treats representative replies, confirms the order, and payment is made.
  • How long do your donuts stay fresh?
    Our donuts are best enjoyed the day you get them. They can still be consumed the following day or two, however, we recommend day-of consumption for maximum enjoyment and quality preservation.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box Or APO / Military location?
    Unfortunately we're unable to ship to P.O Boxes,APO Boxes. Freddy's Treats only ships to residential addresses,Businesses, and Venues.
  • What days do you ship?
    We only ship Monday-Wednesday.
  • We you offer Nationwide Shipping?
    Yes! We offer nationwide shipping to the lower 48 states. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
  • How will I know my order has successfully been place?
    Upon completion of your order, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that confirms your order. If you do not see this email, Please check your JUNK or SPAM box for this message.
